What is JMM Sermons?
JMM Sermons is a mobile app and website that provides access to inspiring sermons from Harvest Family Church. You can stream or download sermons to listen anytime, anywhere.
Is the app free to use?
Yes! JMM Sermons is completely free to download and use. All sermons and features are available at no cost.
Do I need to create an account?
An account is optional. You can browse and listen to sermons without an account, but creating one allows you to save favorites, create playlists, and sync your progress across devices.
Which devices are supported?
JMM Sermons is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad), Android devices, and can be accessed via web browser on any device.
Features & Usage
Can I download sermons for offline listening?
Yes! You can download any sermon to your device for offline listening. This is perfect for when you don't have internet access or want to save mobile data.
Can I listen with the screen off?
Absolutely! The app supports background playback, so you can listen to sermons while using other apps or with your screen turned off.
How do I search for specific sermons?
Use the search feature to find sermons by topic, speaker, date, or series. You can also browse by categories and collections.
Can I create playlists?
Yes, if you have an account, you can create custom playlists to organize your favorite sermons and listen to them in your preferred order.
Does the app remember where I left off?
Yes! The app automatically saves your playback position, so you can pick up right where you left off, even if you switch devices.
Technical Support
The app won't download. What should I do?
First, ensure you have a stable internet connection and enough storage space on your device. Try restarting the app or your device. If the problem persists, contact our support team at support@jmmsermon.com.
Sermons won't play. How do I fix this?
Check your internet connection if streaming. For downloaded sermons, ensure the download completed successfully. Try clearing the app cache or reinstalling the app. Contact support if issues continue.
How much storage space do I need?
The app itself is small (under 50MB). Downloaded sermons vary in size, typically 20-100MB each depending on length and quality. We recommend having at least 500MB of free space.
Why is the app using so much battery?
Background playback and downloading multiple sermons can use more battery. To conserve battery, download sermons on Wi-Fi and use the sleep timer feature.
How do I update the app?
Updates are available through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Enable automatic updates in your device settings for the latest features and bug fixes.
Account & Privacy
How do I create an account?
Tap the 'Sign Up' button in the app or on the website. You can register with your email address or sign in with Google/Apple.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. You can also email privacy@jmmsermon.com to request account deletion.
What data do you collect?
We collect minimal data necessary to provide our service. This includes your email (if you create an account), listening history, and app usage data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do you share my data with third parties?

How often are new sermons added?
New sermons are typically added weekly, following Harvest Family Church's service schedule. You'll receive notifications when new content is available.
Can I request specific sermon topics?
While we can't guarantee specific requests, we welcome your feedback! Contact us at feedback@jmmsermon.com with your suggestions.
Are there sermons in other languages?
Currently, most sermons are in English. We're working on adding content in other languages. Check the app for updates.
Can I share sermons with friends?
Yes! Each sermon has a share button that lets you send links via email, text, or social media.
Troubleshooting
The app keeps crashing. What should I do?
Try these steps: 1) Force close and restart the app, 2) Check for app updates, 3) Restart your device, 4) Clear app cache, 5) Reinstall the app. If problems persist, contact support with your device model and OS version.
Audio quality is poor. How can I improve it?
Check your internet connection speed for streaming. For downloads, ensure you're downloading in high quality (check Settings > Audio Quality). Use headphones or external speakers for better sound.
Notifications aren't working. How do I fix this?
Go to your device Settings > Notifications > JMM Sermons and ensure notifications are enabled. Also check the app's notification settings.
