End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Harvest Family Church for the JMM Sermons mobile application and related services ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Harvest Family Church grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Software on your personal devices
• Use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access and use the content provided through the Software

3. License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose
• Use the Software in any unlawful manner
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Software
• Interfere with or disrupt the Software or servers

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Harvest Family Church and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos of Harvest Family Church.

5. Updates and Modifications

We may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. By using the Software, you consent to these automatic updates. Updates are subject to this EULA unless accompanied by a separate license agreement.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. HARVEST FAMILY CHURCH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HARVEST FAMILY CHURCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Harvest Family Church is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to This EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Software or via email. Your continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
